General Considerations:
To exchange for size, the product you return must be in optimal condition and in the box as it was delivered.

Calistenia Zona Norte has a maximum period of 30 days to process the exchange if approved by the analysis team.

If the return is approved by the analysis team, Calistenia Zona Norte has a maximum period of 10 days to refund the money once the product is returned.
Returns can only be made within 15 days of the product's delivery to the buyer; exchanges can only be made within 5 days of the product's delivery to the buyer.
In case of manufacturing defects or functionality issues, our analysis team may request additional information from the buyer to determine the causes of the defect. In such cases, it is important to wait for the team's resolution, which must not exceed 20 days after receiving the product.

For international shipments outside of Argentina, the deadlines mentioned above may be doubled.
