BASIC ONLINE PROGRAM
The Basic Online Program is a training system where you can start learning the exercises and movements of Calisthenics from anywhere. The program consists of certain routines divided by Difficulty Levels to allow for step-by-step progression. The main difference with the Economic Program is that in the Basic Program, routines are modified according to the student's goals and needs. Additionally, it includes more detailed tracking, analyzing objectives, goals, progress, challenges, and more.

Is equipment needed to start?
No, equipment is not necessary to start. The exercises are planned and designed to start and learn from scratch step by step. Also, if you already have a certain level of Calisthenics, we will evaluate your level and assign more complex routines.
Can anyone do Calisthenics?
Anyone, regardless of Age, Gender, Race, Religion, can start Calisthenics. It is important to get a PHYSICAL CLEARANCE before starting any sports activity.
