Calisthenics Zona Norte was born in 2015 in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina. We develop online calisthenics programs and also in-person classes. In our fitness venture we focus on promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through training routines, from high-intensity exercises to flexibility (yoga). Our approach focuses on nutrition and feeding to optimize performance and recovery.
Our goal is to help you achieve a physical and mental transformation, providing motivation and support on your journey towards well-being. Our expert trainers will guide you in muscle strength, endurance and flexibility exercises, while we take care of your mental health and promote adequate rest.
Calisthenics requires the use of body weight to perform a variety of exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, squats, planks, jumping jacks and many others. These exercises can be performed anywhere, whether at home, in a park or in a gym, as no additional equipment is required.
